Inspired by the processes of subconscious thought and human connections:

“Im fascinated by by how the human spirit understands things our conscious minds don’t. So often I find myself connecting deeply with people, not consciously knowing why at first, but later realising our lives have had many nuanced parallels and similarities. The concept of the passing of time, and people form completely different places experiencing these parallels and later finding each other really boggles my mind. But also in simpler terms, the way humans connect I find deeply moving.”

This piece was created during the process of filming a short documentary film called “A Stepping Stone”, created by Sam Rowland-Le, inspired by the bittersweet transition of Natacha’s career paths, and highlighting the on going relationship Natacha has with movement both in a visual and emotional context.
