Order Processing:
After your order has been confirmed, your new artwork will be carefully wrapped and placed in a protective tube (or A4 protective envelope).
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 5 working days (Monday – Friday). At some points during the year (mainly around the summer holidays) this may not be possible. After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you need delivery by a certain date or have any concerns, please contact us before placing your order.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £100, Worldwide. Use code “FREE100” at checkout.

International Shipping
For our International shipping we use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days.
Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you created an account at checkout, or you are a returning customer, you can track the status of your order here.
Insurance
All shipments will be fully insured against lost or damaged works, to the full replacement value.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Natacha Bisarre Visual Artist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East
